- Warm the milk and add the sugar and mix it nicely. Add the Ghee and let it melt. Further, add the yeast to it and let it bloom. wait for 5 to 10 minutes
- Mix the salt, flour, custard powder and milk powder. Add the milk little by little and make a soft dough. Once the dough is soft,let it rest for an hour until it doubles its size.
- Now when the dough is doubled, gently roll them using a rolling pin and cut circles for donuts and let it rest for 20min
- After 20 min. Heat oil and in low flame,fry on both sides till golden brown.
- For the chocolate top, melt 200gm of chocolate with 1tbsp cream and butter in the microwave, stirring after every 15 seconds and till the chocolate is completely melted and silky. Press the freshly fried donuts on one side and let them rest to cool. Top them with nuts of your choice.
